I feel the most misunderstood when.... [finish this sentence]
I feel most understood when i have sacrificed my happiness to make the ones i love and care about happy. I get frustrated because they constantly have complaints weather i do what they are asking of me or not. Its just like it there is no winning with these people. When i get upset with them or comlain then im the bad guy.
@calmMap660
I understand that!
My boyfriend doesn't show me affection when I am upset
@Daniella135 I know how you feel.
I feel most misunderstood when I have a panic attack and when I have moments where I'm extremely sad. Everyone just tells me to "just get over it." It makes me feel alone and helpless.
I feel the most misunderstood when I'm so down, I can't even understand or justify myself.
@LaivelisPlaukia That is so me bad I get mad and swear in my mothers tongue language
@LaivelisPlaukia
I feel you there. Hang in there
I feel most misunderstood when people think I'm acting mean, or that I don't want to see them, etc. Usually I don't want to hang out or go to work or do things because I don't mentally feel okay.
@CrimsonBunny7777
Im dealing with some of the same issues. It's gonna be okay (hug)
@CrimsonBunny7777 you shouldalways feel mentally okay! you need to look at the postives in your life and look at the amount of people that you have caring about you and love youso very much and just thinking about that should put a huge smile upon your face!xx
I try to be honest. Really, I am too honest with my feelings and emotions or even my view regarding anything...which makes it difficult for people to understand, because it often sounds rude.
@Someonewithoutaname
You should be honest, there is nothing wrong with that. I feel and understand you.
@Someonewithoutaname dont worry if it sounds rude, being honest is being honest and if they donr understand that you dont mean to put it across in a rude way then they arnt worth it! always tell the truth!xx
i feel the most misunderstood when i say that i have poor body image, and people downgrade it because "everybody has it". but in reality, it's so unhealthy that i have to look in the mirror and memorise poses that make me look thinner, check my weight at least 3 times a day, and rarely leave my room.
I'm speaking to my husband. I don't think he wants to understand -
@SuziqRSH
Mine doesn't either. Try and be patient with him. (Big hugs)
I feel most misunderstood when even the closet people in my life think I'm too emotional and whiny and when they dismiss my ideals and feelings.
@warmheartedPeach1653 **closest people
@warmheartedPeach1653 I understand there are very few people that I share with when having panic attacks because they just really don't understand that you can't just stop. It is very tiring when they go on for days.
@affectionateHemlock7791 @warmheartedPeach1653 my mom said something to me today. she said you can't tell everybody everything. you have to learn who you can say what to. That is a hard concept for me to understand because I always want to be 100 % with all of the people I care about and want to feel that I can trust them with most things(i have only told one person about my past suicidal thoughs and another about my depression. both of them didn't react so well so I won't tell anyone else again). but simple things like me just having a fun day online with a friend (who is talking about marriage with his boyfriend of 7 years) and customising a ring for myself made two of my other friends really upset for some reason. It's hard to know what to say and to who, but I guess we have to think of how this person normally reacts adn how their reaction might negativly effect our mood. and we need to keep all the good moods we get.
I feel most misunderstood when I speak my mind and people say I'm too controlling in life or I'm too up tight.
im far from it, just like an opinion to which I stick too
