I feel the most misunderstood when I am in a bad day and ask for help and the person thinks I am doing it only to get people's attention.

When I just need someone to listen and they think they have to tell me how to fix the problem.

When I'm try into explain my feelings in a certain topic and get shut down like I don't matter

I feel the most misunderstood when I try to seek for help, and people just assume I'm trying to get attention...

Others get things right away then there me not understanding it at doing the opposite. When they misgender me

People don't understand I'm extremely quiet, guarded and standoffish as me being a jerk about everything.
