Lately, a lot of loneliness. Lost my job, don't have a partner anymore, and my friends are always too busy to hang out.

The sun will shine on me again though.

Utter hatred for my ex. It felt soooooo good giving myself permission to hate him it made me giddy😂 I still want him to rot in hell, but I don't like being the kind of person that hates someone. But I so hate him and it feels amazing... So I'm thinking that is a thing for now until I'm done feeling that. I do wish him well and hope he finds his authentic happiness. I think I'm giddy because I don't have to fake it any more. He was horrible, truly horrible.

Is it a feeling of freedom moreso than deep hatred for him? Or

@1Disawsum

If you've done something that you felt was immoral or wrong, that genuine feeling of shamefulness and dissapointment shows that you are aware and are truly upset about the situation. What this also shows is that there is a part of you that would wish for it not to be this way. So I ask you, what's holding you back from overcoming this? What obstacle blocks you from saying "No..not again. I know what this is so I know to avoid it".

Feeling lost and not knowing what to do about it or being to scared to do anything about it.

At times feeling lost and feeling fear for doing anything about that lossness can feel like the end times in our lives. That fear of "What if something horrible happens if I do ____" holds us back and we unknowingly or even intentionally decide to just live in this pit of nothingness which then eventually leads to sadness which is dangerously close to other eventual and much darker feelings should we stay in that state of mind (I know this all too well).

Here's the thing. This...this is when we are given the oppurtunity to evolve. It's at this low point of not knowing or not having faith in ourselves that we are greatly challenged. To act boldly, carefully and thoughtfully here will carry us to places that we didn't know exist or was simply to afraid to find them.

Here's a tiny TINY TINY example that I'll take from my own experience. I've always been afriad to cook. The thought of burning down a kitchen due to just making something as simple as pancakes would always block me from trying anything which would then just lead to me ordering pizza (wasting lots of money in the process in the grand scheme of things). One day I was thrown into a situation yet again where I had the option to cook something or to spend a lot of money ordering out. Here I decided "You know what? If the universe wanted me to burn down an entire kitchen as a result of me being confident in myself and having faith for a change, then so be it".

I decided to try cooking pasta for the first time. I acted boldly here. Not only that, but I had an absolute blast cooking this pasta as I honestly had no idea what would happen, but that was the fun of it all. The life giving energy of not knowing and just putting yourself in the hands of faith can be a powerful rejuvinating experience. After the whole thing I didn't even care if the result was a masterpiece or a total dud. I was so happy and proud of myself that I made that attempt that said joy was enough to make me feel as though I'd accomplish a major stepping stone in my life.

Tasted it, and it wasn't half bad at all. I now had pasta for 2-3 days which was cheaper than pizza that would've just lasted me one day, but that wasn't the main point. THe point was that, through my bold decision in taking a leap of faith, I progressed forward as an individual. I discovered something new; a new skill of life that I could legitimately and confidently choose to sharpen if desired. A new chapter in my life that I can aspire to be greater in with great joy and fulfillment should I choose this. The fact of the matter is that my leap of faith opened up a new door that I was afraid could never be open.

I say this to say, when you're at the edge of the cliff of decision making in life, that's when the universe lays out a safety net and parachute called "faith", but understandably, this net is hard to see and this parachute feels rather light and fragile at the time. It's up to you to either make that leap or walk back. It doesn't mean that every decision here is the right one, but what it does mean is that moments of progression forward in life will, at many times, feel like questionable leaps of faith. Remember what's on the other side should you jump and remember what's on the side that you're currently on should you decide not to.

Yesterday it was anger, simply because my depression made an appearance for no reason. I literally watched the world dim around me and everything became a blurr.. then I got angry because I literally had no legitimate reason for my depression to appear. Which also worries me.

I thought it was depression. To my surprise, my counselor informed me that I was experiencing grief of missing my wife and daughter caused by my separation. To anyone reading this that believes in prayer, please lift my family up that divorce may not enter our home.

Praying for you if you would return the favour. My husband is in the process of filing. He's quite happy with his girlfriend and her daughter. I'm good... Pray for my acceptance and release from all the horrible traumas leftover from the marriage. As well for my teenagers as they accept change.

I pray that you all find peace in life and is able to move on to incredible things. The universe places us in specific places in our lives for a reason. Traumas turn to life lessons that make us grow stronger and wiser with experience for some and changes us for the better even when we dont see it in that very moment. Keep that in mind.
