One irrational fear that I have is.....
My family finding out that I am gay.
That I'll be in the closet forever
@Coltonisvalid Honesty I had this fear as well. I did not want to tell anyone in person about it. So what I did, after I became comfortable with myself and accepted me being gay, I told a school councelor (in confidentiality) and then two weeks later I was able to tell my teacher near 2 other people. It feels so good to tell people, and now I want to tell others (except my family). So, if you want to get past this fear (that's not irrational) start small, telling people who you barely know (like i did with my councelor) and then tell aquantences (my teacher).

that's actually a really smart idea, i think that I may try that eventually.
@Coltonisvalid Thank you. If you go to school, and see a councelor, an easy way to do it is to ask the councelor (they cannot tell anyone that you are gay. Especially if you don't want them to), "I am gay, and was wondering fi tthere are any gay support groups because I am having a hard time". That's what I did and even said that I was in a depression from it and just got out of it (which was the truth). The councelor was very kind about it, telling me that I should not be. Gave me another councelor's contact info, and told me that she did not put anything about being gay on it so no one would know. This in all honesty is the best way to start.

Thank you, that sounds very smart. Thanks for being so helpful!
@Coltonisvalid No problem. Keep me updated if you decide to go with this. If you don't go to a school, you could even go to a bookstore and ask a librarian for a book about this subject since you are lgbt.

Being alone all the time
@proactiveGrapes9304 I used to fear solitude but now I am very accustomed to it. I love solitude, but now I can't stand to be in the company of my mind forever. Everything I hear my own thoughts I get angry and disgusted, different company would be okay.
@TylerXDurden
Yes I agreed
