One irrational fear that I have is.....
That I'll never be enough for my future partner—that they'll have had better partners than me in the past.
My irrational fear is of spiders. They absolutely terrify me.
@Laura
Losing myself between "reality" and ""dreams"" or ""my mind"".
Sometimes it's too hard separate dreams and reality, principally when it is an old memory.
Fear of what could be in the dark
Dinosaurs. There's no logical reason. It's because I watched Jurassic Park when I was like 6 and now I have nightmares 10 years later. Riperoni
I'm always afraid that I'll make one of my friends mad at me, even if I did nothing wrong or they tell me repeatedly that they won't get mad at me for doing something.
@Laura My irrational fera is being alone. I am a caregive for my 88 year old dad with Alzheimer's and I wish I was alone now since he is driving me crazy but I know when he is gone, I will have a really hard time being alone. I had experience with this after I got divorces and was living alone. I lost my job and was having trouble finding a new one. I really felt the walls closing in on me with the silence and lonliness.
Losing something, not having enough of something, or even not getting what I expected.
Being abandoned, rejected, left aside without a word, being alone and helpless, hopeless, crying without having a shoulder to lean on
Having to talk to people. I don't feel confortable around them. And driving. I am terrified at the idea of having an accident so i don't drive
