I'm truly afraid I've reached a point of no return because of the years of isolation & being sick & (everything) I still seek new treatments, take medication religiously, see a therapist weekly & work very hard at all I've learned to keep myself stable, but i dunno. Honestly i feel as though if an actual cure appeared literally in my lap tomorrow; it wouldnt work or I wouldn't even bother taking it.

I think it's time I learnt to tell people about how I really feel instead of instinctively putting on a front because it's easier. I say that, but when I reach that point, I always chicken out because I want to avoid the resulting fallout. It's less of a burden if they see that I am fine. No one wants to deal with someone who's nearing rock bottom in nearly everything from social ties, achievements, personality and looks.

Anyone may follow me. I am very big on breaking the stigma of mental health as well as other issues, although it doesn't always come into my feed, sometimes it does bleed through. I believe in faith. You can decide if that's faith in a god or nature or destiny or faith in yourself, but faith, to me, is very important <3
