While I'm new to this site I've been participating in forums for many years. I consider the ability to edit your posts as near necessity. It's a great tool for correcting errors, deleting double posts and adding thoughts that fit with the original information.

Yes, I would agree - but this forum isn't like any normal forum... it's only what I could assume a custom scripted forum, hence the severe lack of features...
If 7 Cups just used and customised any normal forum template, then we would have a lot more customisation, including editing and deleting posts, still have the upvote option, ability to follow threads, and probably a much better search function...
As well as a simple report system...
It's also really hard to find your previous posts or find when other people have replied to them! Drives me insane
Yes definitely. It would allow for correction of spelling mistakes and deletion of duplicate posts.

This would be really awesome @Laura I know how many times I have had to go searching for a forum mentor coz I make too many mistakes in my posts or I have forgotten to add a link or forgotten to tag someone or tagged someone all wrong it would be so much easier if it could be allowed .
