I should do more often then! Outside my window is a pool, and lots of green trees and green grasses. and blue sky. Gosh the sky is very pretty.

Annnndd I agree with that study, sometimes I google plants when I am down, no lie, the idea that something from a little sead can grow into something so beautful, reminds me that the same thing can be said about us human and our growth in life in all aspect physically, emotionally, etc. is such a beautiful and uplifting thing!
We have a wide green field in front of our home and a lot of trees surrounding our house and hugging our balckonies I'd look at those beautiful scenes more often.
Here's some pictures of some plants I have in my house! The jade plant (the first picture) is mine and named Jean (yes I name my plants >.> ). The other two are my relative's plants. ^^

you name your plants, nice. :) i have 2 aloes in my room, but plenty of green outside. cool air and shade under the trees too.
Is this the reason why people living in hill stations live a happier life ?
I love forests and often daydream about walking around them. :)

There is, but only a handful as a guess. This kind of sums up this thread. The people passing through the Sahara would be 'uplifted' by seeing that solitary tree.
