Something 2016 taught me is.........
spend more time with your parent be strong and breathe and be free and relax .that's all I did at the end of 2016 and also walk more and spend more time with my dog and releasing my thoughts and sentences and putting it on paper
Struggle is allowed. Struggle is ok. Struggle is not failure.
Struggle is still progress.
I didn't hit the goals I had for 2016, but I did struggle in reaching for them. For the longest time I thought I failed, and that my year was wasted. That all my attempts were for nothing. But I've realized, I didn't fail, and I'm not a failure (failure isn't an identity, it's an action).
I just struggled. And it was still progress, because I learned what didn't work. Now I'm one step closer to reaching my goals. I learned a lot in the period of time I spent fighting myself and trying to break old habits, employ new ones, and trying to make small changes in my life. Things didn't go exactly the way I wanted them to, but with 2X the effort, along with the information I gained from the mistakes made, I will be able to reach my targets in 2017 :D
It's okay to say no and stand up for yourself. You don't have to please others all the time.
2016 taught me that it is ok to say no and people may get mad but that its ok. I cant take care of everyone
I shouldn't trust people that have broken others trust in the past. I should know my limits with anxiety and such and not expect myself to be able to perform certain tasks that my anxiety may affect. I shouldn't be put down by a relapse.
Be the person I am and not regret being myself and the choices I made, long as it doesn't have any negative impact on others.
You always can make it through hard times, if you just give it some time and hold on. It always gets better, no matter how horrible 2016 or any other year may be.
You can be a friend of your exboyfriend.
@kindSea76392 my best friend the only one i am not afraid to say anything is my ex girlfrind its been 5year and we still help each other
Work hard. Work hard. Work hard. It's worth it.
The working world is cruel and heartless. Money rules the world and people will do anything to make money. The corporate world swallows anxious people whole.
