@Laura
Hi Laura Id like to change the way I perceive things that affect my anxiety. If I did this Id be so much happier. Id be able to go out more and enjoy life
I'd like to be able to accept what happens and be happy for once.
Today I'd like to change being so secretive... I want to learn how to be more open with those around me.
I would like to change the helpless feelings I have lately. I don't know if that's all going to change today, but hopefully I can get a start.
i learned that is to focus on the now and use all the resources to change a dificult now and since that is taking care of, then its going to be ok, because all we really have is just now. And im giving it all to have the best now i can.
Today I'd like to change my negative mindset into a positive one, and beget back to my spirituality.
Today I'd like to change my habit of assuming the worst at all times.
my anxiety and my mind and idk my eating habits...
I'd like to change the way I look at myself and I'd like to learn how to appreciate myself and my individuality. Instead of comparing myself to others, I'd like to be able to look in the mirror, and be able to say 'Hey, I look alright'. I'd also like to change the way I look at situations, instead of veiwing the cup as half empty, view it as half full. Thats just a few things I'd like to change, one step at a time.
The way I think
What I said to a co worker. I made her uncomfortable by telling her about my depression and she doesn't understand what that means, she think it's sadness. I felt exposed and betrayed by myself. Need to stop answering questions.
@reservedexcitment I understand what you mean. I've beaten myself up many times after I shared emotional things with people who became uncomfortable with it. Don't beat yourself up about it. Maybe you shared with her and even though she may be uncomfortable at first, maybe she will use your 'sharing' as a reason to learn more and it might lead her to become more informed and seek out ways to help instead of being uncomfortable.
