What's a fear you can't explain?
Not phobias with names, but the weird, specific dread that crawls up your spine for no rational reason.

I got the feeling of someone watching me 24/7 through the window or any gaps that I'm visible from outside. it's a deadly fear i carry since teenage 🤧 indescribable fear 😨

I'm so sorry about that. I have been in your shoes. I had a fall out with someone where I was threatened - that I'll be watched, tracked, etc. I would be scared even in my own apartment. But please stay strong. That's the only way forward.

I’m sorry you’ve had to go through something similar. That kind of suffocation is brutal. the constant restlessness, like you can’t let your guard down for a second. It’s like walking across fire with no way out.
Even in my own house, I feel out of place, like I’m not supposed to be there. I can only breathe when the windows are shut, and the whole thing becomes a strange kind of torment.
But despite all of that, somehow i manage to face it. not so strong but yeah i do. i feel way better than before now 💗✨

The fear of making wrong decisions and regretting it afterwards. The self-blame inflicted after realizing I made a wrong decision again is what gets to me.

I feel like this is the most relatable but irrational fear. You just gotta trust and remind yourself that if things go south, it wasn't your fault.

I get really anxious when I'm in rooms with tall ceilings like in churches or places like that :)
lol when I was little I honestly thought when a garage door closed it crunched everything inside, and one day my dad closed it while I was still inside and I thought I was gonna get squished :D
Another friend betraying my heart. Lol 😂 Imjk but I had a friend from hs who ended up not being trust worthy. She now lives somewhere else. It’s no biggie. She just liked standing out from the crowd and would pick on me.

That sucks. Betrayal in friendships are the hardest. I've honestly given up on seeking honest friendships. Never had that big fat friend circle people would be jealous of. I sometimes get emotional thinking about it but hey, it's life. And I tell myself that I'm enough!
I feel like all my fears have a name 😂, but the irrational fear of this World coming to an end... I think it must be a nameless one..
Sleeping. I can't explain it but I'm scared of sleeping, so I tend to stay up a lot
