I'm new to 7cups. I had a listening session last night and it helped me a lot. I love this community, everyone is so helpful and kind.
Thanks for helping me.
I'm going through a rough stage in my life, especially with chronic work stress. I can't quit for practical reasons until maybe next year, so I just gotta keep holding on until I finish this gigantic challenge in my life. I joined here to find friends and advise, because I don't have a great support system.
