Hi everyone, just joined 7 Cups today! I wanted to do something about my anxiety and depression before my first psychiatric appointment in two weeks (I hate doing nothing), so here I am. Nice to meet y'all!

Hi! Nice to meet you. I jooined recently and am still learning the format of the site. My life has always been tough and Im just so tired. I feel Im at the end of being able to cope. I take meds and have gone to counseling in the past but my situation is probably what needs to change but Im not brave enough. So Im here. 🌹
