Hello, I used to be an active listener years ago. I had to stop because I became a drug addict and had a mental break down. A few years later after multiple rehabs and a psychiatric stint, I am clean, sober, and ready to reach out to those who are struggling in their recovery. I hope to become an active member in the community once again and give back to others as others have given so much to me. Thank you for reading.

Hello I am peach (nickname ) I have come to this platform today to hopefully learn different ways to manage my stress and anxiety and depression that have crept up on me and are starting to really become debilitating and I just want to find my purpose in life again and to be happy I wish all of you wonderful people were very blessed day
@Nursing5487 Hi Peach one thing that helps me is the journal in your path section, and I also go for walks. Do you have a hobby you enjoy? Focus on that, distraction helps ease the depression, at least it works for me. I hope it works for you.
