I’m a mother and professional from Brazil. I’m divorced and my sons live abroad. I was feeling well the last 7 years. This year, my depression arrived one more time to visit me. But I want to fight this battle and I will do my best to send it away one more time.

Hello I'm Luke I'm someone who is decided to reach out for some help before it's too late and I don't want it anymore so that's why I'm here loneliness and PTSD depression you know I'm dealing with a lot and I'm alone a lot of the time and this is hard for me cuz I don't do this type of stuff but I recognize the importance of it now before it's too late that's why I'm here
