I joined this community because I love meeting kind, open-minded people and learning from real conversations. I’m hoping to find a positive space where we can share ideas, support each other, and have honest discussions.

If you're in need to connect 1-1 with one, simply put a request in the queue to connect with a listener that's currently available to chat. Hi everyone! Today is my first day as a listener. It is my long-term career goal to become a mental health professional in the future, as I am passionate about helping others. In the meantime, I look forward to being a safe space and a listening ear to our members. 😄

To be completely honest, im not really sure what to expect from this page, and where to even begin.
Ive been in alot of pain for many years, and only people I have to really express that with is my therapist and my Mom. While they have been helpful, I also realize that they're obligated to care.
I guess maybe im looking for some sense of community?
@intellectualJackfruit5802 If you're looking for community, then you've come to the right place. 7 Cups has been a wonderful platform for so many to come together. If you're looking for a listening ear, there's listeners available. I know you mentioned you have your mom and therapist and that's great! But still, it can be relieving having others to open up and share with. I hope that you find the support and community here that you seek. There's so much to explore on here! Hi im frog just joined the site 4 days ago :) Im a teen just looking to make friends, and have fun and connect with others. I like drawing and videogames. I joined 7cups because i felt really desperate, i am never able to tell anyone my problems, and i dont have any friends. Ive been on regular chat rooms and other sites in the past, but everyone there wasnt kind and it was never any help. But when i found this place i was just genuinely amazed because everyone is super kinda and caring to each other, and it really is a community, ive never seen that before. So i hope im gonna be accepted here and i hope to make lots of friends and have a nice journey :DD Thanks for everyone who made this site possible its real cool
