I am finally at a normal weight but my family still wants me to gain more but I don't need to. I keep telling them I'm fine but they keep freaking out that I'm too skinny. What should I do?

Do you have any other sources of information on what is the proper weight for you? It is common for people who have weight changes and the people around them to experience a sense of strangeness with the changed person. Weight loss changes you, mostly for the better. Your family may be expressing their feelings about your changes. It is fine for people to express these feelings, but is even better for you to understand that they have feelings about the change that are not your feelings. You do not have to let their feelings dictate or unduly influence your feelings. You can be in charge of you being at a healthy weight. You can focus on maintaining the proper weight. You are capable, you have made it this far, You can maintain your success, that is the big second step to your new and better life.
