Every single second of your life has built up to you right now, everything about you right now has been influenced by something that happened in the past albeit it be 3 minutes ago you brushed you teeth so now your teeth are healthy or it be when you changed ur diet 10 years ago to make you feel confident in your body right now. But why do you reply your life. When you are about to sleep there is just empty space in your brain pretty much. Sleeps a time for it to recharge. Replaying your life is a way to occupy your brain with the most meaningful and important thing you to you; you may not realise it but what made you you is the most important thing.
