You have to ask yourself that question. Until you can figure out the answer, do whatever it is that you feel like you have to do in order for you to try to move on. Let the feeling happen on its own and let your heart and mind tell you when it's time to let go.

If you have to ask that question and you are unsure of the answer, I don't think you are ready to move on yet. Don't focus too much instead focus on yourself and on your goals in life.

if you have to ask yourself the question, no. when you're ready, you won't think about it. it just happens, and when you think about it again, you are surprised to find how long it has been since it left your mind.

You're ready to move on from the moment it happens. It's the pain that stops you. Allow the pain to fade. Meanwhile, see what else you can do to help yourself move on. :) You'll be fine. All the best. :)

Only you can determine for yourself whether or not you are ready to let go of the past. Remember, the past holds important lessons and experiences, and can come with great memories. Moving on doesn't necessarily mean throwing something away. You can still appreciate it while understanding that you have to move forward with your life. Also, have more confidence in yourself. Think about what you truly want from this situation and take action depending on your own needs. It is completely okay to put yourself first and do what needs to be done. If you are trying to move on from something, I wish you the best of luck. Remember that your heath and wellbeing is important, and I believe in your strength.
