Why can love not just be simple?

because, we complicate it by expecting so many things. we ignore small gestures and wait for heavy talks. we try changing for someone else so much we forget who we are and that makes you someone different and you start thinking differently.

Love is a test of strength, care, true feelings of love, and endurance. Nothing's honestly simple in life if you really think about it. However, if you really love a person, you'll do anything for them and never give up on them. Good luck!

Because it is in our nature to feel as if we have mastered a certain skill or technique, and soon as this has happened we move on to the next thing. With love, there is no mastering love. It is a continued emotion/action we must put effort into for the remainder of our lives. Sometimes it's not always sunshine and rainbows, sometimes love is the tolerance, the struggle, but its the never giving up part that shines because you know and they know that your love is worth it.

Love, can not be simple because... As human beings.. With each passing generation... Our perspectives, mentally and understanding of love changes because it's Far too often influenced by social media, technological advancement and not to forget upbringing. It gets complicated because we don't talk anymore.. We text.. We don't solve problems anymore, we quit and move on to the next one.. We don't have healthy arguments anymore, we cheat. All the small little gestures of love like for example, writing hand written letters have begun to seem somewhat absurd. Love gets even more complicated when you're not able to find a connection with another person.. But try to make it work anyway for all the wrong reasons... So I guess, the only way to uncomplicate LOVE, is to do a little introspection of ourselves and our thoughts.

Love is supposed to be pure, but unfortunately most people take advantage of it and take it for granted. Life is full of surprises. I think we all as humans believe that love should be simple. Some people set standards whether it be love in a friendship, love in a relationship or love for your family. You set such high one's that you usually end up getting let down. I am a person that doesn't set standards. I get to know people without judging them. If I love you, I love you for you and nothing else. Some people have been hurt a lot in their lives and they just don't know how to love someone because of it. Love is a lovely thing to have and/or give, but it's just not made for everyone even though it should be.

actually, everything is pretty deceiving. life is simple. love is simple. we always have a choice. you know why it seems to be so difficult? because we ourselves, make it difficult for us. and we really can't blame ourselves for our complicated emotions. we make it difficult but we can't blame ourselves because there are enough complications with the human brain and yet there are still way more obstacles beyond our control. which then again leads us back to choices. but when you make a choice it's nearly impossible that you don't lose something because you chose the other option.

Love is a lot like life. If you want something, you have to work for it. Sometimes it will work out and sometimes it won't. But don't give up!

Love is simple to do but complex to understand. Most simple thing about love is that you what to be with the person of your interest and be happy by making them happy. But what makes it complex is the ways in which you approach this target of yours. Because love is a journey of mixed and a lot of emotions such as care , concern, being happy or sad, sometimes irritated some times overwhelmed and even sometimes insecure and jealous. Therefore one has to manage all these emotions and carry one with the simple motive ... to make them happy and be happy and stay together. That is why love is a simple to do but hard to manage and understand.

Because love isn't enough. You can love someone infinitely, but if there's no trust or you can't spend enough time together, you're just going to be miserable.

There's hardships, there's dedication, there's tears, there's happiness, there's regret, there's compassion, there's adoration.. You hold on and you let go to so many things because of it. Love can't be simple because it's so many things put together into an emotion. That's what makes it beautiful.
