You can talk to anyone you trust. If you trust a teacher or a close friend then talk to them. If you feel comfortable talking to a family member about what ever is going on then talk to them. Or you could come on a site like ours, and be anonymous so no one will ever know it was you. You can talk to literally anyone you trust to keep your conversation confidential and anyone you feel comfortable talking to.

I first recommend to talk to a friend. A good friend will always have your back and comfort you in time of need. But if you don't have a friend you trust or feel comfortable talking with about issues, thats ok too. There are so many options. You could try an adult, whether it be a parent, grandparent, teacher, or therapist. A trusted adult will always have your best interest. If all else fails 7 cups of tea will have your back :) Whatever you do, don't keep everything inside. There is always someone willing to listen.

You can talk about your problems to someone you really trust and feel comfortable with or you can talk to a specialist and that's completely normal , because the specialist's job is to hear your problems and help you to solve them with the knowledge that he has earned from college :)

Parents are always a good choice. They love us and the only thing they want for their children is to be happy. Maybe we can think that thy won't understand us, or that they'll get angry or something, but I can say they'll listen to you and they'll make their best to help you. Even if they don't get it, you'll feel better because you'll feel loved and listened, and sometimes it's what you need

Anyone, who you think will listen to you, without passing a judgement. Preferably a person with whom you feel secure . Someone who will be there for you and will guide you in the right way. Someone who makes you feel good. And that someone can be anyone. It just depends on you.

Opening up about one's issues can be one of the most difficult things in the world. You don't want to look vulnerable, while at the same time you're unable to handle your feelings. It's best to confide in a family member or close friend, who can help you by listening to you without judging. If you don't have such a person, it's best to chat over a platform like 7 Cups of Tea, where trained listeners can help you gain some insight on what you need to do. And if all else fails, it's always best to pray. :-)

If I am a member or a guest. I can speak to a qualified listener for helping me handle my issues. However, as a listener the best option is to seek out a mentor and share my concerns with him or her.

Problem can be shared to various people such as friends, family members or anyone who is anonymous. But,the most important thing is how comfortable you are to share your problems with someone who is close to you, for example some people are afraid to share their problems with family members so they seek the support of friends who are really understanding to them. However, for certain people who have an understanding and supportive family members, so sharing their problem with family members helps to reduce their emotional burden. Besides that, there are also other ways to talk about problems such talking to a person in a website which supports anxiety, depression or any other mental health related problems, but most importantly the website protects the anonymity of users, this actually helps a person to share problems without being afraid of judged as well as helps reduce the emotional burden by talking to someone.

You can talk to trusted friends, family members. If you're religious another option would be people in your congregation, like a pastor. You can also use the site to find active listeners who would like to hear what you have to say and be there for you.
