Why am I here, do I make a difference here or I'm I useless

I sighned in as a member in 7cups. I had severe depression which got mitigated. Now here I am a listener on the topic depression. As a person who has gone through similar thoughts and state of mind , I am easily able to connect with the users with depression and hope I can make a small change in their state of mind for atleast couples of seconds .

You do make a difference, even if you feel that you do not. You will always have value, even if you do not see it right now. :)

Your here because you were chosen to be. The world needs your beauty, amazing personality and inspiration

You are not useless. You have a purpose in life. And just because you can't see it now, doesn't mean it's not there. And that's the great part about life - You get to live each day to find your purpose. Don't give up.

I don't know who are or what you do here...but I can tell you that your contribution here is important and it is appreciated. It doesn't matter whether you are a member or a listener -- if you are devoting some of your precious time here giving and/or receiving support, you are a valued contributor!

Everyone was put on this planet for a reason. We each have our purpose, and our life is defined by how we react in situations. Sometimes it's hard to change things, you might feel like you're only one person. But if everyone thought that way then there would be nobody left to change things. It takes each and every individual to reach compromise. You are not useless, so think of ways you can try to show that you are capable of more. Your life is what you make of it, and it is not defined by your contribution. Each person is important to society, and you must start by believing that you are important as well ❤

Nodody is useless, you only need to find away to do something for our society. Maybe like a voluntier for a orgnanitation or just be the best friend of someone.

i can garantee you are not useless. you probably make a differance in at least one persons life everyday and you probably don't even realize it!

You matter. You are here because you are important, precious and deserve to live a full life. Full of cries, smiles and laughter. Everybody has their downs and sometimes needed support to make them feel better.

Depending on your reason for being here either members or listeners you all play a vital role we are a community and we are dependent on eachother

We're all here for different reasons! No one is made to just be here, it may be hard to believe that we are all here for something, but at least trying to will get you further than you think!

Everyone's the same, deep down. If anyone can make a difference, so can you. Focus on the positives, not the negatives! You've already made a difference to my day - how many others have you touched without even realizing it?

I ask my self that all the time but I decided to make a difference and help as many people as I can, that's why I'm a listener :)

People often feel this way when they are feeling alone, depressed or there are situations in their life bringing them down. If you have these feelings and are finding it hard to push through them, then it might be time to speak with a trained professional that can help like a counselor or therapist.

We have all asked this question to ourselves once in our life. Why am I here? Am I worth it? What I had learned over the years was that YOU make your life. No one else should lay out your whole life plan for you. That's for you to decide. You were born to have an opportunity to make change, make that change today. :) in other words, you are completely worth it.

You are always helpful, always worth something. Everyone is an very rare gem to be alive, many babies don't even make out to the big world. You are here to do whatever you want to do, whatever makes you happy.
