Hello everyone :-) I'm 42 - or, as I like to call it, well-aged with a subtle note of BenGay and a hint of Elderberry - and look forward to meeting many of you in the group chat! When I'm not butchering the craft of writing, maiming a canvas with acrylic paint, tangling my legs up in wool while knitting something I'll probably never wear, or making jewelry for Christmas because I'm that annoying lady who gives hand-made presents, I love listening to music, reading, taking long walks, and eating good food. And by good, I mean bad for you and loaded with carbs, but oh-so-delicious...along with the occasional salad ;-) have a beautiful day! :-)

Hi all! I'm 44 and can't believe it. I still feel like a kid sometimes, but lately am worried that my best years have already passed. I thought that I would be married to the love of my life forever. I have been married longer than I haven't. I guess plans change. I am dealing with anxiety and stress over his infidelity and his wanting a divorce. I truly was head over heels happy 2 months ago. My family has been split apart and my kids and I are reeling from it. We are a strong trio, though, and are supporting each other through the trauma of losing our "quad".
