Hi, im relatively new. Struggling to do anything as anxiety is pulling me apart. Struggling socially and becoming more recluse. Struggling with sleep as its 4 am as i write this, just hoping some kind of normality returns soon.
@Gujon3073. I have been suffering from sleep also - or lack of it. Have you tried listening to podcasts? They some times help me at night and in the day
