Hello. I’m a 45 year old single female who was recently diagnosed with bipolar1 and ptsd. My life has turned upside down, I lost almost everything, but am trying to get my life back together. My faith has gotten stronger during these challenging times however. It’s what gives me hope for healing and a future

Yes! Some good, some bad things. But I'm grateful that I've learned enough to know that I know nothing! Its amazingly humbly and freeing

feel very lonely. I live in the US, my family, mom, sister, brother live in another country. Dad passed away in the summer due to complications from covid. I struggle with depression and anxiety due to extreme stress. Broke up with boyfriend. looking to making some good friends.
