We older people have spent half our lives, some of us, half-assed as well.
I have finally decided to make some major changes that I hope will drive my to becoming a better person.

1) Wake up earlier, no Snooze
2) Listen to motivation speeches to keep my on focus
3) Clean and do 100% effort an all tasks
4) Read 4 books a month
5) Review my goals and organize my self daily

I just kicked this off, and also added helping others to the list because I want to really stick to my goals

O wow! That decision to make a change is so impressive. And you have actualized that decision as some really smart goals. I'm rooting for you. I so love your approach, I really want you to succeed.

You might like the motivation and Accountability forum. Great for a little help on the challenging days.

@Clio9876
thanks! took me a bit of time to understand and accept myself and then set some aggressive goals to change!

I have a long way  to go! but I gotta just keep at it :)

*high fives* 😊 my friend! What a great example you have set for the rest of us, that we can choose to make change in a positive direction, whenever it is that we so choose! 💡

I hope you stand in your power! I hope you stand in your greatness! Along with everyone else here on this thread, I too am rooting for you! I believe in you! ❤️  You got this!

@Urbartender 🤗 How's it going? Setting aggressive goals can be rough! The pain that comes up may seem too much to bear at times in my experience...and when motivation dies discipline can be nowhere to be found, and vise versa. Have you found a system that works for you? What books have you read so far? Any insights you could share?

@Urbartender Hey! I recently set up some goals for myself and find that having an accountability partner to be helpful...would you be interested?
