🌻🌻🌻Showing Up Anyway🌻🌻🌻
I wasn’t at 100% today, and I felt it in every part of me.
However, I made a decision: To not disappear just because I didn’t feel my best.
I showed up anyway.
Today, that looked like: getting out of bed, studying, listening, and back to bed again.
It may not have been perfect. It may not have been my strongest performance.
It was indeed VERY intentional, and that matters.
Honestly, the truth is, discipline isn’t built on the days I feel good.
It’s built in the moments where I could have checked out and didn’t.
From me to you, consistency doesn’t mean perfection.
It means choosing to be present, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Even when I’m tired, when I’m off, or when I’d rather not.
There’s power in that.
So instead of criticizing myself, I’m choosing to respect the version of me that showed up today.
She didn’t quit. She adjusted.
That version of me is someone I can trust.
Tomorrow, I may feel stronger.
But today, I proved something to myself.
I can show up no matter what, and that’s the kind of person I’m building.

I have never related to a post like I do this one. I live this every day. That choice. The choice to go against everything in you that just says it’s been enough. It’s about giving %100 or what you have that day and that looks different every day. It’s about never giving in to that voice that’s says no. It’s about realizing that you only have yourself to count on and you have to be strong for you. It benefits others but you have to keep going for yourself because no one else will.

Thank you. Truly. No one should go through it alone but sometimes you just have to. It’s just hard. But it’s better to deal with it after the fact than fall apart before it. It’s more than a choice. It can’t be and isn’t an option anymore. We are all stronger than we give ourselves credit for but that doesn’t make it any less hard or hurt any less.

Like you have to learn how to hold yourself together even when it’s heavy, and that’s not something people just choose lightly. Sometimes it comes or shows up from going through things that force that kind of strength.
Being strong doesn’t cancel out the pain. It just means you keep moving with it and don't stop!
Sometimes it feels isolating, even when you understand the why. Even in that, you’re still speaking, still processing, still reaching in your own way. And that matters more than it might feel like right now.
