What makes you feel powerful?
I never feel too powerful. I'm a weakling in many ways. I've begun cleaning my garage, which is a work in progress. When I moved here, I threw a bunch of empty boxes (the boxes I used for moving) into my garage and left them. They were actually stacked up pretty well. They got knocked over by some raccoons which got in earlier this year. I should have thrown most of the boxes out when I moved. I'm throwing some of them out now. I feel good about that, I guess. I feel capable of doing it.

As I read you post, made me think of my garage from when we moved in, 14 years ago (rolling eyes).
In my defense, there was also a bunch of our family stuff, the kids, sisters, friends, etc.
Thankfully today, almost all that stuff is gone, except our stuff (empty boxes, boxes of books, boxes of stuff from when the kids were young, etc).
Have room for improvement LOL.

Very good question, never thought about it.
What empowers me at work is knowledge.
And now I think of that, I would say understanding what is expected of me.
Which then would say, the unknown makes it scary

I don't know about powerful. But what makes me feel good is when I act with my morals in tact and turn out to have handled the situation perfectly or really well.
