We love making Kulushki Its noodles Cabbage and onion we add bacon to ours it's really good. Also on a cold day I love making Chilli we put onion tomatoes Celery mushrooms in ours its so good. Top the bowl off with sour cream and cheese! 😋

I want to share with you a food which is very simple. It’s made out of potatoe. I will try to tranlate it and send it to you. It only needs potatoe, sour cream, salt, flour. (Egg if you eat egg).
My favorite topics are photos, videos, animals, new places. Instruments, music.

I love to talk about my cats and I love to hear stories about other people's cats. It's even better when they show me videos and pictures on their phones of cats. I think cats are so interesting, entertaining and fun. Of course, I don't think there is such a thing as an ugly cat, they are all beautiful to me.

Cat stories can be amazing, they can be super funny comedians but also very supportive and cuddly with people. I agree, there is not ugly cat, no ugly animal, plant and no ugly person neither in this world. Each living being has it's own beauty.

I love to talk about cooking, eating, eating while cooking... LOL. I can talk about anything, but cooking is tops. Most of the time I'm a better listener than a talker.

I made some home made chicken soup today. Chicken broth, kale pieces, diced onion, some garlic, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. I also put one can of cream of chicken soup in it. I cooked the chicken a couple days ago separately and that soup liquid is in the soup too. It was yummy!! I can't use much salt anymore so I didn't put much seasoning in....just seasoned the chicken with I first boiled it. I put in powdered onion and garlic, and a little thyme and parsley. The flavor was perfect. I'm not a great cook. I generally do not like to cook, but this was kind of fun. I cooled the soup down and put it in 2 quart jars to eat over the next few days.

You might be a much better cook than you think! 😀 I believe home-cooked is often better since we can control the amount of salt (example) we put into the meal. Ready made food often has a lot of salt in it. Also great idea to cook for several days!

yeah... I just started taking meds for elevated blood pressure so I have to watch my salt intake. I didn't add any to the soup. Trying to train my taste buds to live without a lot of salt...
Me, a good cook... D doesn't like much of anything that I cook so I don't much. He's a fussy eater. Likes his Italian dishes.
