@amiablePeace77, I want to be free of anxious thinking. I think I have to get out in the sun more, and walk more, and meditate more.
@purpleTree4652
That is a good thing to want to be free from being anxious and getting out in the sun will provide some vitamin D for the skin.
The walking will help stretch out those tight muscles and work up the heart. Then you can sit down and do your meditations which really helps calm the mind and relax us.
Those are all good things to do and good self-care![]()
Happy Holliday..............
@purpleTree4652
Friend.
About anxious thinking - I think it comes from fear. I think it is possible to fight fear by doing small baby-steps, trying to do the things you fear. A wonderful, brave preacher, Joyce Meyer (you can google her and listen to her messages - you wanted to meditate more - she is very good) talkes about (and have written a book about it) fear. She sais: "Do it afraid". Pressing oneself a little bit.
So - you want to be a little bit more outside in the beautiful sun? Where do you live where the sun is shining so fine?
All the best - Helga.

Happy holiday![]()
One thing I would like to get Free of is from worrying. For me, that is a Million dollar question of how to accomplish that.
Hello there ....I m oasis
I wish to be free of my procrastination and fear of procrastination. I need to do simple steps like getting over and starting the task , breaking it in small task , arranging task as per priority and timing and etc ...
Hope u have nice time
@freshOasis7877
Hi @freshOasis7877 (the shoppingcenter next to where I'm living is called Oasis. Maybe we could take a cup of coffe and a beautiful peace of cake there Oasis - ha.ha.).
About "fear of procrastination" - I think you can read what I wrote to "@purpletree...." above - I talk a little bit of fear there.
All the best.
From Helga.
Yet another beautiful photo from your treasure trove.
I need to get rid of my procrastination and live more & more in the present moment. 😊
I’d love to be free of the physical ailments I’ve been enduring for over a year. Despite everything I’ve done (doctors, hospitals, medication, procedures), not much seems to be helping.
@UberRuminator
Hi friend.
Do you want to share what condition you are suffering from? Maybe somebody here knows a little bit about it.
All the best.
From Helga.
What do you want to be free of and what is needed to get there?
I want to be free of all my illnesses and and conditions, both mental and physical. No more C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, epilepsy, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, impotence, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
@amiablePeace77
What a peaceful photo @amiablePeace77. Thank you!
@amiablePeace77
I want to be free of my ME/CFS. I can do nothing to get there.
@Helgafy
I wish there would be a cure for you but hope that there are things you can do to manage your CFS/ME to reduce your suffering. The spoon theory seems to help many people.
@amiablePeace77
Friend.
Spoon-terapy? Never heard of that. I do pacing - that is: Feeling how much energy I have and do my work after that, not exceed my limits.
@Helgafy Hi, I hear you , I wish that I could get rid of Me/Cfs too , although I know that I can't and can accept that on most days. I think that it's called spoon theory and it's similar to pacing
. Also spoon theory can be helpful trying to explain to people what we are going thru in and understandable way.
@Helgafy I just remembered this: https://www.7cups.com/forum/DisabilitySupport_47/Discussions_1046/Spoontheory_255662/
@adventurousBranch3786
Thank you. You have a nice day! From Helga.
@Helgafy
It is spoon theory not therapy, sorry for confusion. This links gives some explanations about it but it is essentially what you do, namely not exceesing your limits!

Hi
@Lifer
When we have no or little trust negative thoughts easily surface. I hope this will change so that you can feel better in life. This is a link to a video I find quite helpful The Space Beyond Criticism https://youtu.be/QGwuVe_QRNE
