What do you enjoy most about fall? That it becomes a bit more bearable weather-wise.
Does your routine change with the seasons? Yes, my routine changed drastically. Shutting down my pool and getting ready to start raking the leaves on 2 archers of land
What are your goals for fall β¦ anything new you would like to tackle? Learning to not panic so easy and trying to relax more.

I am not sure what I like the most. There are a few things I like, a few I dislike, but I can't say one more than another.
Does your routine change with the seasons?
The only thing in my routine that changes are household chores related to the different seasons and that I'll have to take my biking from outdoor to indoor on the spin bike.

to tackle? I really don't have anything I'd like to tackle this fall. Just continue doing what I'm doing, for now.

Fall is my favorite season. I like the cool temperatures and breezes.

Only that I can't go bike riding for several months each year, mostly October through March. Also, I don't like being out after dark anymore, and it gets dark earlier from fall through spring.

Sorry regarding the biking the season is shorter for that yes. The darkness I donβt prefer it myself in sweater weather. Stay safe is important.
I hear ya on the outdoor bike riding season. Mine is mid April to late Sept, sometimes early Oct....Depending how the weather goes. Do you make up for it with other indoor things? I like to do spin bike and elliptical when i can't be outside. Hang in there, don't feel alone because I'm I'm right there with you.
