What you're talking about sounds pretty tough. Some people set aside time every day to meditate, and it helps them feel calmer, which can also help lower their blood pressure.

My soul feels older than I believe I am. I have always felt older even when I was younger. Responsibilities, guilt, grief, accountabilities, insecurities often makes one feel older than biologically is. I think my soul have been in this life more than my body did.
