The value I continue to uphold is integrity. Staying true to my values even when no one is watching. It gives me peace and helps me live with clarity and self-respect.
The belief I cherish most is kindness. I believe in meeting people with empathy, honesty, and respect, even when it’s difficult. Holding onto kindness keeps me aligned with who I truly am.

Yes. I’ve continued upholding all of these beliefs throughout my life. I believe if you don’t continue upholding a certain belief then that particular belief is gone or gradually fading whether you notice it or don’t notice that happening

@amiablePeace77 We come from nature, and still belong to the animal kingdom, regardless of how complex our society might feel at first glance. Sometimes we should learn from our brothers wolves, foxes, and other animals the simplicity of bonding, emotions of accepting our true nature, of being ok with who we are under and let it be ok to ground with our roots, to not forget who we are. Belonging, connecting, feeling, being present, grounded, enjoying the moment, its what makes all the difference.
