My favorite way is to practise qigong, yoga or tai chi and read.

Taking a bath, reading a book, I also found a new favorite thing to do. I have been playing beautiful scenery of my choice on YouTube on the tv while I read or work.  I started with fireplace scenes and ocean scenes, but as I explored more I found neat reading nooks and workspaces with beautiful views that I could tune into. Have you tried these?

What’s your favorite way to spend a rainy or cold day?

I like rain, so it usually doesn't stop me from doing the same things I would do any other day, unless it's raining really hard.  Then I'll stay home.  I dress warm on cold days and go about my business.

I was stuck at home a couple of days ago because of snow, though, and went stir crazy because I had stuff I wanted to do.

I stay in bed mostly.  I like to hear the rain and slowly fall asleep.  If it's warm, I like to snuggle into a big chair on the patio, wearing a warm fluffy robe.

Nice dinner, movie, all cuddled up and warm on the couch.

Just chilled.

Plenty of tea.

Hello everyone and thank you for having me in your community! 😊

I have been on 7 cups for 7 years as a Listener and a Member. I have made many good friends, some of which I am still in contact with since the first year! I love 7 cups for many reasons, but the one thing that stands out to me is the hope that it brings! It brings hope to a lot of the people who come here, and shows great hope for humanity. It is a breath of fresh air to come on here and see soooo many people that are willing to give up their own free time to listen and support others!

I am passionate about poetry (writing it) and chocolate! 😋I love to spend time with my family and extended family, especially my neice and her 2 daughters.💜 I have a cat, he's 13 years old (my one-eyed wonder) and a Pup that just turned a year old. I love to bake, although I try not to do it as much as I am diabetic (if anyone knows some good diabetic chocolate recipes😉).
