I completely crash

Being able to sleep is my best self-care

I sleep and listen to music.

I know how to plug in a phone. I wish recharging myself was as easy. Energy is low even if I do little and sleep a lot during weekends and holidays. Obviously very tired after working on weekdays. Sorry to be such a buzz kill.

I try to do regular self care. But that doesnʻt always work. I need a lot of sleep so I try to let myself sleep as much as I want. I also need to work out for my body and meditate for my mind. I try to talk to people so I can practice socializing. I also use the harm reduction method of controlling my drinking. Iʻm an alcoholic so I keep any drinks I have to one night per week.

I have this bad habit of watching Netflix instead of self-care. So, this is really helpful for me.
