How is Doubt related to Fear

Doubt and fear are powerful emotions that we experience.  Doubt is an uncertainty or maybe a lack of confidence we have. Fear on the other hand is defined as an intense feeling of dread or apprehension of known the unknown, being hesitant of risks, and and a feeling of not reaching the goals we want to achieve.

There are times when doubt can be healthy, it prompts us to ask questions and reevaluate our decisions and beliefs. Fear is known as a survival instinct protecting us from any danger we may face. Both of these emotions can be overcome with courage,self-awareness and a willingness to confront our fears and doubt head on. 

Doubt and fear are two emotions that have impacts in our life. Doubt is a lack of uncertainty abojut something. Doubt arises from a variety of sources, conflicting information, a lack of evidence, or past experiences. Fear is triggered by a threat or danger. this can be a physical harm. emotional pain and even the unknown.

Doubt can lead to procrastination and lack of decision making in our life. It may stop us from taking certain risks in a situation. Fear is known to be paralyzing. It can cause self-preservation, make us avoid certain situations and people.
