Surprisingly, we all will grow older; we cannot deny that. Some things habit-wise that we do ages us faster. If you lack exercise, you may grow older, sleeping on your side or back; using the phone a lot more than usual; and neglecting strengthening your body. Your genes are a small portion of our life expectancy. Lifestyle factors such as chronic stress can weaken your immune system. So can social isolation and eating ultra-processed foods.

Never taking a day off: working overtime keeps your nervous system activated, causes burnout, and leads to mood disorders.

Being Dehydrated: When people are dehydrated, they are affecting their brain function, detoxification, and joint lubrication.

Using cell phones a lot: AirPods and cell phones are good for the work environment. It can help you block out the noise surrounding you and be able to focus on working, but it can be harmful. Excessive use of these can lead to bad posture and affect your nervous system. reduce the flow of blood to your brain and make us have respiratory problems.

Skipping strength training: Your muscles are critical in aging and getting a balanced exercise, whether meditation and yoga, walking, or weight training can affect your life. When you do not exercise, you start to lose muscles in your arms and legs and become flabby. It also lowers our insulin and makes us a risk for diabetes.

High-stress life: Chronic stress is linked to cardiovascular disease, digestion disorders, and weakening your immune system.

Letting negativity control you: When thinking in a negative way, we begin to affect our mental health, put a strain on our relationships, and lower our self-esteem.
