My friend.
Since I have severe ME/CFS (lack of energy) what makes me happy is when I get energy to do something, as yesterday: I was able to both fry my fish and make good waffels - hurrei! You come and eat!

I can understand that Helga , must be very hard for you to garner energy to do things . I am happy to know you had the energy to fry your fish as well as make Waffles too , that is wonderful really and I hope you continue to find energy to do things that make you happy and in return that energy makes you feel content too .

The first word that comes to mind when i think of happiness is my best friend kendra and tyler. Kendras hugs are amazing and she is always fun to hangout w. tyler is long distance but helped me thru a lot
