Community Liaision Account!
Hi All!
As many of your know, @Heather, @Iara, @Amelia and I all get many Private Messages every week! In order to better communicate with the community, we have set up a Community Liasion account that ALL users are welcome to message for extra help & to get questions answered.
You can find it here.
To start we will have @Dillion helping to respond to people who use this account. Dillion is an Ambassador who has a positive, supportive voice. He is knowledgeable about the community and will be able to help answer questions.
If this project is successful, we may add more people to help manage this account.
Please feel free to message this account if:
1) Questions about active listening skills
2) Questions about how to get more involved in the community & who to talk to to get involved
3) Questions about listener or member rejections.
Note: Please do not include specific information about why your account was rejected. Make sure to refer to the support FAQ first. If you message us, we will point you to the Account Review Request form. If you need to report a bahviour about a listener, please leave a review, or if you need to report a fellow member, please email our Community Team.

Hmm I'm not really sure what you're referring to, everything still seems to be there for me. Are you on the app or a desktop? Perhaps try submitting a support ticket?

Hmm. You will only see create a thread when you are looking at the list of threads in a category. when you are in a thread, like i am right now, i only see 'post to thread' button too. the reply button is somewhere else. i'm not sure i understand what's missing at your end.
@cristiana33 yeah but that button isn't there anymore is my point. It used to be very obvious that button but now I can't seem to find it at all. Doesn't matter where I'm at, even where I used to be able to find the button. Maybe I'm blind or something but seems to have vanished on my end.

Okay definitely submit a ticket in here (scroll down). Developers respond quite fast and give you good feedback. :) Hope it all works out fast!
Also, for further technical issues it's best to write in here. @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn will see it faster that way. It isn't something our Community Managers can fix.

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe if you try swiping from the right side of the screen to the left a panel will appear with settings and the option to switch with a listener account, or in your case create a listener account. Perhaps @Krinkthemellowunicorn could confirm?
@Bookworm72 in order to create a Listener account, you have to use the website. The app doesn't have an exact way to create a listener account. If only able to use the app, have someone give you the "Sign up for be a listener" link and a pop up will appear that really is on the website but you'll remain on the app. That's the only way I have figured out to sign up to be a listener on the app. (I like to mess around with the app)

@QueenExhausted56 hi there! Finding someone to chat with can be difficult! If just randomly connecting to a listener isn't working out, you can always find your own listener by "Browse Listeners". The group rooms can be confusing, for sure! Basically, the purpose of the group rooms is to talk and get support from other members on this site since you can't PM another member! Also to show you are not alone. Some prefer 1-1's, some prefer group rooms, and some prefer both. I'm not quite sure what you mean by the following thing. If you mean when people follow you, they just follow you and they can then know when you posted a feed post and etc. I'm not sure why your meditation music isn't working, you can either post to the forum thread called "Krink's Studio" or go the "Community" tab, scroll down to where it says "Support & Feedback" and scroll all way down and submit a support ticket. Sometimes the app/website glitches when asking you to sign up for things. You already are a member so you don't have to sign up again! Hope this helps you out a bit.
How do you switch between listener account and member account in IOS? Thanks :)
@deniskc app or site? If the app, you go to the right and slide the screen. There should be an option to log out OR if your listener account shares the same password and email as your M account then there should be an option that says "Change accounts" or something like that. (That's for the app). For the website, you go up to the top where it says "Log off" and you just type in your login info for your L account. (Sorry if that was confusing).
I was tagged in a post but I don't know how to find it and now the notification that told me is gone. Is there a way to see where I was tagged?
@PristeenSwamp if you already clicked on what you were tagged in, then no. The notification disappears, sadly. If you couldn't see the post but you received a notification saying you got tagged in it, the owner must've gotten the post deleted.

It makes it show up in the "New" section at the bottom of the dashboard and in the "New" section on the forum page. The idea is to get more people to see the thread have they not had the chance to.

My experience here is enjoyable just seeing everyone so kind and especially those mods who are doing a great job really makes it a wonderful place to express yourself I thought everyone is so mean on here and wont listening to individual members but as I've been here 3 months in here I think it is awesome to see everyone coming together to problem solve and helps members feel safe to tell their side of the story and feel like the other person really gets what their going through and also seeing others trying to give suggestions to have the member to go to try or help them take the next step forward.
