5 Year Anniversary - Heathermarie95
I realized June 4th was my 5 year anniversary.
It's been a journey and a half at 7Cups.
I've learned a lot of how to be an efficient leader and active listener.
My experience allowed me to advance my career in behavioral health.
My accomplishments in 5 years:
- Internship program graduate
- Content Development & Marketing program graduate
- Quality Listening program graduate
- Leadership Development program graduate
- Safety Patrol (a few months)
- AL Team co-leader (1+ years)
- AL Team Grader - (3 years)
- Project Agent for AL (3+ years) and Peer Appreciation team (few months)
- Mentor Leader for Positivity and Gratitude community (1 Year)
- Appreciation team project leader (2 years)
- Support group listener (few months)
- Quality Listener leader (1 year)
- Academy mentor for CDM and Internship (1-2 years)
- Care Team (2 years?)
- Welcome Committee (few months)
(thats all I can remember)
