Little is a lot, if the direction is good!
"Little is a lot, if the direction is good!" -This has been my self-reminder over the years! Just anything you consider to be good, invest a little in it!
It's a much bigger investment than you are aware of!
What's something(s) good for you, in which you can invest your little time and energy?

Hello Fristo!
"Little is a lot, if the direction is good!" - These are very true words!! Small steps make a huge difference. It's okay to go to the right direction slowly. Small steps in the right direction are better than big steps in the wrong direction!
Personally, I've found a lot of health benefits in taking walks everyday! Sometimes I don't have much time, so I at least make the effort to walk as little as 10 minutes! A little goes a long way!
Thanks for the lovely post Fristo!💛💫

I listen to music, walk, spend some time on 7 cups, get help, help people, do some activities here, engage in forums here, spend some time on my social media (not much), talk to people online to get my mind off, keep doing my daily routine from time to time because it's hard for me to do it all at once like others do maybe. But, I do want to learn how to manage time, I am on extremes all the time, either I waste too much time a week, or do something constructive all in a days time. My social skills are okay online, not in real life though.
Thank you for sharing such a productive thought 🌱 @Fristo

Very true. As well as that, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" as Lao Tzu said.
Which to me means it's never too late to start.

Regarding your points and question:
- Little is a lot, if the direction is good!"
-This has been my self-reminder over the years!
Just anything you consider to be good, invest a little in it! - It's a much bigger investment than you are aware of!
- What's something(s) good for you, in which you can invest your little time and energy?
Here's my reply regarding your strategy above:
- I have been using a similar strategy
for motivation when I'm procrastinating,
and for building new habits
by starting tiny or mini
(see my profile for more on that)
- I'm also learning strategies in the books called:
Essentialism
and
The Power of Less
both which use a similar strategy:
to start small
Regarding your question:
What's something(s) good for you,
in which you can invest your little time and energy?
- For me: I can spend a little time to
- learn to limit what I do
and
- focus on essentials instead
- Then I will be more productive
by doing less. Yay!
