LDP Update December 2022
Hi everyone! I hope you have been doing well. One of the core values of 7 Cups Academy is listening to the needs of our trainees and ensuring the programs we offer have content that is helpful and presented in a way that is beneficial to the trainees/interns. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the trainee experience, we have been working on updating our Leadership Development Program. Our team has been hard at work reviewing all the content, and structure to reduce the workload of the trainees and to present the content in a better way.
The changes made:
Courses reduced from 5 to 4 (CBC is still included)
Discussions merged and removed. Down to 15 from 25
Questions on each post limited to 2 per post
Hyperlinks are now listed as short links so its easier to detect where the link is
No copying needed to submit to course quiz
Course Quizzes questions reduced.
No color coding so it is more accessible to people with color blindness. Using bold and italics to emphasize points
Use of this symbol ✒️ to indicate an activity or question that needs to be answered.

At the first glance, it's simpler, easier, better. Great work, team! ❤
@Hope
Wow, changes that will make such a big difference to people.
The points you mention above were some areas I particularly struggled so it is amazing to see the hard work and dedication to make things simpler for people, especially people with disabilities, learning difficulties and colour blindness.
Incredible work.
