How many alarms have you set for yourself? How often do you hit snooze?

I usually set two alarms at night before I get up for work. 1 alarm in the afternoon so I don't sleep the day away. Ah and another if I have an appointment set for the morning. So it can be 4 alarms. OH and that means 3 snoozes!!!

I snooze maybe 1.

At one point I hade even more alarms as I used to set them as water reminders

Though I might set a short alarm (less than an hour) for some chores if I'm too busy, so that I don't forget xD

Love this question as we are all so different. I have one alarm and it is completely at the other side of the bedroom. So, i have no choice but to get up in order to switch it off. Then i think to myself...well i'm out of bed and awake, so i may as well make a cup of tea ! And that's me up for the day.

@Hope I have one alarm. I am good at waking up at one ring of the alarm. I don't snooze it at all

I turn off snooze so if I ignore it then I wake up late
