New Academy Leaders
Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. We have a few new additions to our academy leadership team.
Academy Mentor Leader
@Yourbuddy30 has been a part of the 7 Cups Internship mentor team for some time now. They have continued to dedicate their efforts to supporting academy trainees even outside the role. Buddy is passionate about 7 Cups Academy and has been consistently supporting our interns. We are excited for them to join us as a mentor leader and look forward to seeing them in this role.
Academy Mentors
We also have a few new academy mentors joining our team. All of them have undergone a trial and completed the responsibilities of their role. We are grateful for their dedication and all the hard work they are putting in to help interns/trainees graduate from their selected programs. Our mentors are the backbone of the academy leadership team.

Thank you all for serving as mentors to the trainees in our Academy! I think mentorship is the most important part of learning b/c culture is "caught not taught" and I think a big way that happens is through relationships with leaders. Thank you for helping us all learn and grow stronger and smarter together!
