It can be challenging to wait for a response so to provide speedy support, we have decided to have this one central thread where all academy trainees/interns can ask questions related to their academy journey.

Hi! For personal schedules, I had taken a break from being active here and because of that I wasn't able to submit my monthly evaluation forms after 1st month. But I am trying to complete my electives and I'm very close. Can I still submit my final evaluation form? Or am I disqualified automatically because of not being active and need to do the internship from the start?

Hello, I am pretty new to 7cups and I am currently a student doing the intership program. I am really freaking out right now because I am already 3 days late to submit my trial form and I have everything completed except the HANG10 requirement. I am at step 8 (30 messages on a 1on1 general request chat) and I really want to finish it as fast as I can but everytime I accept general requests they either never respond or leave the chat after a few messages. Could anyone give me any help or advice on my situation? Anything would really help since I am starting to get really worried and desperate. Hopefully that wasn't too much to ask for, thank you!

@Architak2007 They are calculated using the chats count. Listener is for listener rooms and support is for member rooms. Chats count is for 1-1 chats

Hello! I have a question about mandatory requirements for the community internship program--it says I need 10 trainings, does that include trainings completed prior to my internship start date or do the trainings from before count toward that?

What are the listener quizzes in the QLP program? Where are we supposed to prepare for them and is it mandatory or an elective ?
I cant find any resources for it so.
And where do we get the result for our active listening tests ?

They are attached in your QLP requirements list. They are mandatory. There are no resources to study and you won't need to. You can redo listener training from training page if you want a refresher. In the off chance you score low, you can retake.

Also, there is no link for Listener Test 5

Refer to what each test instructs. Listener test 5 is intentionally missed as individuals may find it triggering.

@Iv02 Hi Iv02, you usually have to apply 5 days before a start date. So preferably on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. Since you have applied on a Sunday, I believe you din't hear back.
Please apply again as per the required start date
