1. How can we support others who are feeling uncertain or anxious about the current situation?
2. How are you coping?
3. Do you have a quote that you would like to share?

Be safe!

I really think it helps to reassure people that they are not alone in their anxiety. Their thoughts are valid, and many others are going through the same thing.
I'm really coping by trying to establish as much routine as possible. My uni recently switched online, which left professors and students totally overwhelmed trying to figure out all the technology, never mind staying on top of homework, etc. However, I'm definitely also making time to do things I enjoy, as this self-isolation has really left me in the dump. I've been so used to having hundreds of people around me, and all of a sudden I'm on my own (even though I'm living with family). I also find that joining the listener community really helped me cope, because it takes my mind off of my own issues for a while.
A quote from the Bible that really helps me during times like this can be found in Psalm 46: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble"
We can start by hearing them out and trying to understand. Show kindness and compassion.
I'm doing okay. struggling but what else is new. haha

The serinity prayer is helpful , keep a fimilair routine , try to be a positive people
I will be there, put myself in their shoes, reflecting their thoughts, observed deeper on the feeling, see wider on the situations. Help them to figuring out about whats happening little by little and be supportived.
I am coping ussualy with living in the moment. Take a break from outside world and anything that triggering, and back to self centered. After i am on little peace, i will train myself to take one thing/issue to mind and move forward with calm attitude.
"You are enough"
You are not alone and you are valid for feeling anxious during a situation of ambiguity. I'm coping by reminding myself this and making sure I'm healthy and well-rested.
"Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it."
You need to have faith in yourself. Be brave and take risks. You don't have to have it all figured out to move forward.
1. Actively listen to their story and be there for them. Tell them that they are not alone.
2. By being grateful and appreciate everything that I have with me.
3. Gratitude is an antidote to negative emotions, a neutralizer of envy, hostility, worry, and irritation. It is savoring; it is not taking things for granted; it is present-oriented. – Sonja Lyubomirsky
