Just worried about everything these days...

Feels like everything is wrong with me these days...one of my teeth feels sore when I chew on it, I have constant stomach pain thanks to my gastritis, sometimes I feel like I can't get a full satisfying breath (which is the WORST), and I get Heart Palpitations sometimes as well.

Just one would be bad enough, but all at once really does me in...I can only pray that I can feel normal again one day...

Yeah I'm starting to get the heart stuff again as I did last year. Idk why it's coming back because I don't feel particularly stressed or anxious about anything.

I guess just focus on staying healthy and getting the anxiety down and staying distracted away from your symptoms 24/7. That seems to help.

@jr50 Thank you Having an ultrasound done tomorrow to make sure that nothing else is wrong with the abdomen, and I'm seeing a new doc tomorrow. Gonna tell him all that's happening, and hope that he can help me at least a little.

I can definitely relate. A couple of years ago, my anxiety got pretty bothersome that I would wake up in the middle of the night and feel like I couldn't breathe. I would wake up my mom and tell her what I was feeling and we would end up going to the hospital. By the time we get there, they check my vitals and do some tests to check whether or not there is anything wrong with me. Results were always good. I don't remember how many times we visited the emergency wing that year, but my results were always good. I guess the doctors and nurses finally got so fed up that they asked my mom if there was anything going on at home and that maybe she should just talk to me. My problems with anxiety eventually went away that time, but now they're back and a lot more uncomfortable. I'm not sure what exactly triggered it in the first place, but I always get so anxious these days. And I probably make it worse because I google my symptoms to much

@chemarie143 I'm so sorry for you. No one should have to deal with something like this, especially if it went away before.

@PrinceofDDR

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some unpleasant things at the moment. I think the best way to get to the root of some of them is to ask a doctor about it. As far as the tooth thing goes, I had a similar problem a few years ago. It turned out that my gums were infected and it made my tooth very sensitive. Hope that helps <3

Feels like the breathing problem is getting worse. That, or I'm becoming more aware of it...seeing a Lung Specialist tomorrow.
