Same as what someone said above, not letting others influence you. In my case, I care too much about what others think. Also, being kind to yourself.

Keeping your cool under pressure.

I've done it, more than once. But it is way harder than it looks...don't bother looking to leading men in Hollywood action movies as examples. They are utterly fictional. I'd say when the chili hits the fan, blind unthinking panic is the normal reaction for most of us. My last major feat of staying levelheaded was years ago. The older you get & the more nagging health issues you have, the harder it gets.

...am hoping it does not become impossible for me, while I still live.

@Hope I think something that is really difficult is when you are in the middle of a panic attack and it almost feels as though you are having a heart attack or dying. You can't catch your breath and it feels like it will never end. It always does end up okay in the end, but remembering to keep breathing and that it doesn't last forever is really hard!
