@Clarisse29 My boyfriend. When I feel down, and this is happening more often by the day, he is the only one who comforts me but also gives me the strength to move forward. He helps me and tells me not only what I need to hear, but what I am trying to avoid. He is amazing.

@sensitiveSof002 aw this is so cute!!! in this world, specially in those times it is really hard to see someone appreciate and generate actual and pure love. the fact that your boyfriend is is the person you firstly seek when you need comfort is a sign of a really healthy and passionate relationship :)

They can't talk to where I can understand but I hug my dog and/or cat if she's handy. Usually  get a kiss from the dog and occasionally the cat.

Conversations with people tend not to go well for me...

Music, even if really often it seems to just backlash. Music is kinda like alcohol. If you drink when you are in a good mood you will have a great time, but if you drink when you are in a bad mood, that is a perfect recipe for disaster. Same goes with music. If you listen to music when you are in a good mood you will jump around and vibe with it, if you listen to music when you are in a bad mood, that is just gonna worsen your mental state, and often straightly trigger the worst feelings and thoughts, specially when you listen to a track that is related to trauma, as for example a track you listened to when you were going through a really bad period. And just like alcohol, music is a drug. I dare anyone of you that listens to music regularly to stop doing it. You can't, and you can't even when it lashes out bad consequences.

Potentially a listener here equally a particular group on here, beyond that absolutely nobody.

Ive spoke with Samaritans a few times but again that’s because the same reasons I reach out here, I don’t know who they are in real life and they don’t know me.
