Or chinese food? I‘ve visited Beijing this year and it was awesome! There were so many interesting dishes I’ve never even heard about and I’ve only been to two big cities.

This is fun, I agree. What about Mexican? We eat Mexican all the time. I'm not sure the difference in Latino Mexican and Spanish foods and would love to learn.
